Nature-based lessons, songs, crafts and more are being offered as part of the “Nature Tot” series of programs, starting this Wednesday, March 23, at 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at the Historic Grooms Tavern, located at the intersection of 290 Sugar Hill Road and Grooms Road, in the Grooms Corners hamlet area of the Town of Clifton Park.
The program series is geared for ages 2 to 5, and younger siblings are welcome.
This week’s theme is “Spider Web Wonders”.
The next two programs are “The Deep Blue Sea” on Wed., April 20; and “In a Grasshopper’s World” on Wed., May 18. These sessions will also take place from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., at the Historic Grooms Tavern.
Please note that the parking lot is accessed from the Grooms Road side of the building.
This is a free program offered through the Town of Clifton Park Department of Parks, Recreation & Community Affairs. Registration is required, with a maximum of 12. Parent participation is required. Please call (518) 371-6667 to register.
