These monthly hikes are organized by the Town of Clifton Park Trails Subcommittee to help assess conditions at the nature preserves throughout the community, as part of the Stewardship Program.

All are welcome. Please be prepared with sturdy hiking shoes or boots. Nature trails may have uneven surfaces and there is some hilly terrain at some locations. In snow conditions, you may want to bring your own snowshoes.
