“Parent & Me” Hike at North Woods Nature Preserve

Families are invited to participate in a “Parent & Me” Hike on Wednesday, May 4 at 9:30 a.m. at North Woods Nature Preserve, with the trail head located between 38 & 40 Shadow Wood Way, in the Town of Clifton Park, NY. Please register with the Town of Clifton Park and the Parks, Recreation & Community Affairs Department by calling (518) 371-6667.
The stroll will last approximately 45 minutes and incorporate a nature education theme.
This hike is designed for young children in the care of parents, grandparents or other caregivers, who are would like to spend time outdoors and explore Clifton Park’s natural areas and open space.
This hike will be “jogging stroller friendly” but a child backpack or front carrier is recommended, depending on the age of the child participants.
Please dress appropriately for trail conditions.
