SUMMARY:Parent & Me Hike at Kinns Road Park
DESCRIPTION:Come explore Clifton Park’s Open Spaces through a nature education program geared for young children. This “Parent & Me” Hike will be held at Kinns Road Park\, at 625 Kinns Road\, Clifton Park. This is the final of five hikes at different locations\, are planned for each consecutive\, Wednesday morning in March 2017. \nMeet-up on Wed.\, March 29\, at 9:20 a.m. for the hike start at 9:30 a.m. and will incorporate a nature education theme. The hike will last approximately one hour. \nProgram facilitator Kelsi Clark will lead this morning nature outing for young children and their parents/grandparents/caregivers. \nWalks are designed to be “jogging stroller friendly” but a child backpack or front carrier is recommended\, depending on the age of the child participants. \nPlease dress appropriately for weather\, and trail conditions. \nThis is a free program.  Pre-registration is required through the Parks & Recreation Department\, https://recs.egov.basgov.com/cliftonpark/User/Login.  For more information\, please call (518) 371-6667.
