SUMMARY:"Parent & Me" Hike at Veterans Memorial Park
DESCRIPTION:Families are invited to participate in a “Parent & Me” Hike on Wednesday\, April 6 at 9:30 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park\, located off of Elks Trail\, off MacElroy Road\, in the Town of Clifton Park\, NY.  The stroll will last approximately 45 minutes and incorporate a nature education theme. Please register with the Town of Clifton Park and the Parks\, Recreation & Community Affairs Department by calling (518) 371-6667. \nThis hike is designed for young children in the care of parents\, grandparents or other caregivers\, who are would like to spend time outdoors and explore Clifton Park’s natural areas and open space. \nThis hike will be “jogging stroller friendly” but a child backpack or front carrier is recommended\, depending on the age of the child participants. \nPlease dress appropriately for trail conditions. \n
